At Leptyn, we are committed to delivering our premium food and nutraceutical products to customers worldwide. Please review our International Shipping Policy below for details on how we handle shipping outside of our domestic delivery zones.
Shipping Availability and Delivery Timeline
- Eligibility: International shipping is available for select food and nutraceutical products, subject to local regulations and import restrictions in your country.
- Estimated Delivery Time: For all international orders, delivery will take between 5-7 working days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and customs clearance processes. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or local postal service limitations.
- Order Processing: We will process and ship your order within 1-7 working days after order confirmation, depending on product availability and your delivery location.
Shipping Costs
- Calculation: International shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order, your delivery location, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Payment: Shipping charges are to be paid separately by the user and will be displayed at the time of order placement. These costs are in addition to the product price and any applicable taxes or duties.
- Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities. These are not included in the shipping cost or product price and must be settled by the recipient upon delivery.
Shipping Terms
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor its progress.
- Delivery Confirmation: Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt, depending on the shipping carrier and local regulations.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline or lost in transit, please contact our support team through the Application or Resource Center. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, though Leptyn is not liable for delays caused by third-party services or customs processes.
Restrictions
- Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to restrictions on food and nutraceutical items in specific countries. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
- Leptyn reserves the right to cancel or modify international orders if shipping constraints or legal restrictions apply, with prior notification to the user.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds for Leptyn Services are as follows:
- Food and Nutraceutical Products: No return and refund is applicable on food and nutraceutical products once sold.
- Consultancy Services – For consultancy services, a 100% refund is applicable if cancelled before the scheduled service time. This refund will be processed in 7-10 working days.
- Refunds cover Service costs only, excluding products, foods, devices, nutraceuticals, medication or additional costs you may have incurred.
Leptyn may modify refund terms at its discretion, with any changes communicated to you. Leptyn may modify the terms of refund at its sole discretion, and any such modification shall be intimated to you.
